Requests for deliveries of components or the compact drives, production according to the drawings, are becoming more and more popular. These are usually motivated by an effort to optimise the technical solution which might not fulfil the customer’s requirements if standard components are used. Then there is the important issue of saving time in the acquisition of a certain part or saving financially.

In response to this trend, we have started to supply modified standard components (e.g. quenched toothing, bores, keyways and set screws for locking, etc.), or the components are made completely on the basis of the customer’s request or the characteristics of application. Both are delivered in short lead times.

Summary of manufacturing processes which we can arrange for you:

custom-made production of timing pulleys
custom-made production of timing belts
custom-made production of sprocket wheels
joining, separation and assembly of chains
custom-made production of gears and racks
custom-made production of V-belt pulleys
custom-made production of trapezoid screws and nuts
surface and heat treatments

We are ready to select and recommend the best solution to the particular application, or provide consultation whether the prescribed solution really suits the application. For the custom-made production of parts we use AutoCAD.

The quality of the parts is always tested on state-of-the-art measuring devices. Measurement report issued upon request.
