Timing belt conveyors

They are suitable for the transport of piece goods of larger dimensions, one of the dimensions being several times larger than others (bars, prisms, etc.). The main part of the conveyor is a frame made of aluminum grooved item profile sections, drive and driven aluminum pulleys and aluminum pulley holders with tilting double row ball bearings. Belt conveyors offer higher capacity than belt conveyors and the ability to transport very wide or long materials.

Technical solution

  • aluminum drive and driven pulleys with tilting ball bearings for adjusting and tightening the conveyor belt
  • a drive unit consisting of a compact unit consisting of a three-phase asynchronous electric motor and a worm gearbox; eventually drive fitted with a toothed belt transmission. For heavier loads, use helical-bevel gears
  • transport belts of various properties (PU, PU with textile layer for noise reduction and material accumulation)
  • plastic sliding guide with a low or raised outer edge under the top of the belt to support it all over the area and reduce friction
  • depending on the nature of the material being transported, it is possible to select a different number of branches of the belt conveyor
  • the speed is constant or can be controlled using a frequency inverter. In the case of the conveyor with the transmission, the possibility of changing the constant speed can be changed by replacing the transmission, consisting of a toothed belt, two pulleys and a tensioning pulley.
  • the base, as well as the base frame, made of aluminum grooved sections of the modular system item. The variant is also adjustable in height (manual, drive) or sloping design.
