Trapezoid bolts and nuts

Linear motion using the trapezoid guiding bolt and nut with metric thread has been traditionally used in many engineering applications.

 

Trapezoid guiding bolts are governed by DIN 103 standard (or ISO) according to which the bolt thread belongs to the medium tolerance class and tolerance field e7. Nut thread is governed by H7 tolerance. For technical parameters click here.

 

Trapezoid bolts are manufactured using the roller burnishing process on Ck15 material. Thread rolling will not disrupt the continuous fibres of the bolt material, which contributes to significant improvements in the parameters, such as: increased strength of the thread profile, continuous passage of fibres and higher and more favourable texture and surface structure parameters, higher resistance against corrosion and abrasion, as compared to the conventional technology of thread cutting. Rolled guiding bolts are made with right and left thread pitch.

 

Stainless steel bolts are made by cutting.

 

Trapezoid nuts are made of steel and bronze, in several alternative options, with a cut thread.

The complete range of products is supplied from the warehouse. Standards bolts are made in lengths of 3 metres, but can be cut into the required lengths while you wait.
