Strong, safe, and lightweight. These are the 8 access doors, which make it easy to separate areas sensitive to pollution and noise. This new solution has a full-perimeter seal for optimum closing and a lightweight design for easy opening of even larger structures up to 1135 mm wide.
All components of Access Door 8 are also available individually - hinges, handles, partitions, panels, pull-out seals at the bottom of the door, etc. These can then be easily assembled in the online configurator into a finished product with the required dimensions.
Cleanroom design
Clean production, safety, and flexibility! With the X 8 fixing system and the new filter system (FFU) with HEPA filter H14, you can easily build customizable, fully enclosed, and above all clean rooms. Designs can be of different sizes and achieve cleanliness up to ISO class 2 according to ISO 14644-1, especially thanks to the FFU and the return airflow.
Item X-Series and XMS-Series aluminum profiles are ideal for such solutions due to their smooth, continuous surfaces, minimal radii, and integrated cable glands.
System for lean manufacturing
Strong and reliable. In Karakuri/LCA applications, the new steel chain design gives you maximum running safety even under heavy loads, without any slippage or elongation.
The chain drive is a high-strength alternative to cable solutions. It offers the possibility of connecting the chain to the profiles, redirecting it, and transmitting the forces through the sprocket.
The pulling motion of the lever can thus be converted into a rotary motion. By attaching two sprockets to one profile, the two processes can also be synchronized.

Simply drag and drop. item Engineeringtool brings you new, user-friendly features and easier operation. It allows you to integrate different panel surfaces, table tops, covers, and dividers into your designs with just a drag and drop. Matching surface finishes are, of course, also included in the extended feature database.
Another new feature is a function that accurately measures and fits the panels into place, using the ideal number of fixings, when creating and also when resizing the structure. This prevents errors and saves you time! I
