Toothed wheels, bars and gearing

 

In our standard supplies, we offer toothed wheels and bars with rectilinear face toothing and an angle of action 20 in M1 – M6 module. Wheels are arranged either with or without a hub.

Toothed gearing are offered with face or spiral toothing. Toothed gearing is supplied in pairs or individually. Toothed wheels and gearing have a pre-drilled hole.

All parts are made of C43 steel as standard.

 

Upon the customers’ request, we also provide for the production of wheels and bars of the requested materials, induction hardening of toothing, or various treatments of the standard parts (hole drilling, bar division, hub adjustment, etc.)

 

Toothed wheels, bars and gearing are adjusted or special items are manufactured based on the customer’s requirements in cooperation with our partners.
