New company acquisition of Schöffler and Wörner

After the takeover of the German companies Sahlberg, Mühlberger, and Schloemer, we have succeeded in making another acquisition in Germany. As of 1 January 2023, Haberkorn will take over the technical dealer Schöffler + Wörner in Karlsruhe, Germany, the leading specialist for occupational safety and industrial technology in Baden. With this acquisition, we are expanding our occupational safety business and strengthening our position in Germany. Germany has thus developed into the second-strongest country in the Haberkorn Group.
