Basis - profiles with anchoring

Regardless of how your installation profile will be fitted, the basic equipment is always made with profiles with anchoring on the floor or ceiling or installation profile with anchoring on the floor only. Secure stability is ensured by massive anchor bolts.

You can choose from two options: large profile of the installation column 8 160x160 K76 has two spacious cable channels and the narrower installation profile 8 160x80 K76 has only one. All channels can be divided into two separate sections using the K76 K partition profile. The open sections of the cable channels are closed very easily with a suitable aluminum cover profile.

Central place to connect the device

Data connection
Installation profiles are particularly suitable where employees do not have fixed online access. The column will provide access to the e-mail, internet and other necessary media.

Column can be extended with mains sockets, monitor holder or rotating arm for keyboards and sockets.

Central location for media connections
The installation column can be individually adapted to all production requirements. It used where is necessary to supply compressed air, electricity or data. Outputs for air distribution and other media can be at any amount.

Logistics

The installation profile is ideal for using in logistics. It can be extended with a tablet holder, monitor holder or keyboard. It helps ensure optimal coordination of all incoming and outgoing goods.

Security

It is using especially in areas with increased security risk, it creates a strong connection with security fencing elements.

Thanks to accessories such as anti-crash protection with warning signs, the space around the installation pole is safe (it can be supplemented with other warning elements).

Control workplace

By connecting lighting, command and signal devices or an emergency stop button, the installation column becomes a “control device”.

It is used wherever it is necessary to control the machine with low space requirements.
