Information on processing of personal data
The joint data controllers are Haberkorn s.r.o., with its registered office at Generála Vlachého 305, 747 62 Mokré Lazce, ID 61947024, company registered in the Business Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, file mark C 12945, and Haberkorn s.r.o. organizačná zložka, Zavarská 10 / B, 917 01 Trnava, Slovak Republic, ID 47557125, company registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court in Trnava, file number 10252 / T (hereafter "Haberkorn").
What personal data do we need from you?
We collect only basic personal data, not special, sensitive types of information. This personal information includes name, surname, title, mail and email address, address / gender, company name, company position, telephone, fax, e-shop login and product preferences (favorite products and sources of information which you are interested in). For the self-employed, further information necessary to fulfill the contractual relationship (company ID, VAT number, etc.). As part of processing, other information (purchased products, communication history, etc.) can be linked to personal data.
Why do we need it?
Personal data is used in the context of the business relationship, ie, processing of inquiries, personalized offer of our products and services, specification of the technical solution, conclusion of orders, realization of deliveries, creation of analyses and business statistics, monitoring of satisfaction with delivery, fulfillment of warranty and after-guarantee service (within the context of Regulation 2016/679 so-called fulfillment of the contract, or a legitimate interest).
If you register as a user of our e-shop, we will also provide you with up-to-date information on stock availability and pricing for our products, an overview of your order status and access to the order archive. Registration is voluntary and subject to your consent to the processing of the data entered in the registration form (processing under Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation). If the administrator of your company account is set up, then he or she will also have access to your data. Administrator is the person who is authorized by the legal entity for whom the account is managed to manage other users of this account.
If you have also given us consent to process your data for business and marketing purposes, we use the information provided to communicate news, training sessions and marketing events, business announcements, and marketing researches in accordance with your needs and preferences by various channels, , by electronic means (email), by phone call or through websites. Otherwise this communication is limited in the range of demanded products and services.
Haberkorn is also authorized to process personal data in order to fulfill the obligations imposed on Haberkorn by public law.
How do we handle personal data?
Security and privacy are our key priorities, we use the following procedures and mechanisms to process your personal data:
- we always process your personal data for a well-defined purpose, with appointed means and in the prescribed manner
- we adhere to the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure level of security appropriate to possible risks,
- all persons who come into contact with the personal data of clients are under an obligation to observe confidentiality about the information obtained in connection with the processing of such data.
These safeguards do not apply to data you share with us publicly on community sites (Facebook, etc.)
Who has access to them?
Personal data may be processed and handled within the Haberkorn Group, even outside the customer's territory but always within the European Union and under the same conditions.
To strictly limited extent we provide the customer's personal information to our service providers who are responsible, for example, for delivering mail or providing IT services. These service providers are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality to the same extent as Haberkorn.
How long do we keep personal data?
We keep your personal information for as long as is necessary for the proper functioning of our business relationships, the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations. In the case of processing based on your consent during the time of your registration, to the request for termination of further processing.
What are your rights?
If you wish to obtain more detailed information about how we process your personal data or access your personal data, repair, block or delete any personal data relating to your person, revoke your consent to the processing of personal data, remove your -mail address from our directories, or if you have any questions, comments, or concerns about our privacy practices, please contact us.
