At a time when automation is fundamentally affecting production, we offer AGV trolley superstructures – the unmanned transport systems of the future. These automated trolleys handle material in the production process along predefined routes thanks to navigation using magnetic tapes or lasers.

In our range you will find ready-made superstructures made of aluminum profiles for selected types of AGV trolleys. The structures are optimized for use with mobile robots with regard to specifications such as sensor technology, dimensions and docking mechanisms of the automated trolley. The basic configuration is designed for moving euro pallets and boxes. However, the modular system allows you to easily adjust the upper modules to your needs.

Variability

Do you  need to expand an existing workplace, missing tool storage surface or do you transport material between workplaces? Our carts are variable. We can arrange the carts with shelves, small material trays, tilting brackets for easy access, place drink holders, adjust the height of the shelves according to your used boxes and boxes, simply – we will adapt them to all your requirements!

Transport trolleys and lean production

The transport trolleys can be used as workbench racks and thus increase the efficiency of assembly.

"L" and "T" transport trolleys can serve as table trays. Type "U" is suitable for replenishment of material into these two trolleys. Type "U" is suitable for replenishment of material into these two trolleys.

In case of specific trolley requirements (tilting upper surface, roller conveyor, etc.) we will be happy to make the design of the trolley.
